The food trucks can work in the city
Lawmakers sanctioned the legal regulatory framework that will enable, in the publicspace, the trucks of food and drinks, well known by its name in English "food trucks", that by now work only at private events.
The law passed, this Thursday, determined that it will be the Ministry of environment and public space to fixed places, days and times for the functioning of these foodvehicles, but was strictly legislated that they may not be less than 200 metres awaywhere there are fixed retail sale of meals and beverages, such as restaurants and bars.
The prohibitions include the sell alcoholic beverages, sound or visual advertising which contaminate the environment, throw rubbish or effluent into the public thoroughfare; the use or occupancy of a surface exceeding the enabled. He is required, in addition, to offer products for Celiacs, diabetics, food and beverages low in sodium, fruits and vegetables.

The general qualification will have a validity of one year, renewable.
The processing and marketing of food and/or beverages will grant the special use permit precarious that authorizes the Ministry of environment and public space, and can not granted more than 2 permits by physical or legal person. It will be valid forone year, renewable, and you must pay a rate of 18,000 pesos per year.
